Peter MacFarlane dies at 74 years old, succumbing to cirrhosis of the liver caused by a viral infection. His last words spoken to his physician, Dr. Swenson, are “keep looking up” — a philosophy that had served him through his years with the Mission and an expression of his faith during his final hours.
