The Mission’s Chemical Dependency Technician program prepares trainees for an entry-level career in the field of addiction recovery.

With its Vocational Training department, the Mission now partners with 12 community organizations to offer men and women the opportunity for supervised practical training in a variety of different fields — from construction to healthcare to transportation. It’s a chance for participants to gain the exposure and acquire the skills needed to begin building a foundation for a self-sustaining career. Additionally, the Mission leverages one of its proven strengths by starting an in-house training program at the Christ Recovery Center that prepares students for employment as chemical dependency technicians.
